We have made our website as simple and easy as we can to navigate but we are always happy to hear feedback on any aspect of our website or operations that we can improve

Business Supplies Orders

Just surf our site and add any products you require to your basket and once your shopping is complete head to checkout, follow the on screen instructions to complete your order. It will then be processed and progressed for delivery. All orders placed before 4.00pm should be delivered next working day. Orders after this time will be delivered the day after next.

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided with details of your order.

Branded Merchandise

Our website is packed full of the most popular and innovative ideas from the promotional gifts industry. All are fully certified and tested for the UK market. They are listed across 14 key sections and thereafter broken down into simple to navigate sub-sections to help you in your search for the right product/s for your business or marketing project.

Placing your Order

1.All you need to do is select the product you require along with quantity and colour (where appropriate).

2.Select where you require the print if different print area options are offered.

3.Confirm if print or text only.

4.Highlight if you require any white removing from the surround of your logo or if you require all white removing.

5.Choose your logo to upload to our system and upload - We accept JPG, PNG, GIF & TIFF at this step.

If you wish at final checkout you can upload other files types such as DST, PDF, SVG, EPS, or AI.

6.The system will automatically read/estimate the number of colours within your logo and it will present you with the option to confirm the colours either as a basic colour or a pantone colour. Just click on the square box to the right hand end of the colour box this will open up the “Choose Imprint Colours” window with 2 tabs, you can either select your colours from the basic colours tab or pantone tab. For pantones you can either search by inserting pantone number in the search box or review the full colours list and select as required.

7.To finalise your order:

- Please view your proof visual and approve or request us to fix your artwork noting in the box provided any info and instructions you would like us to apply to repair your artwork.

- Press the add to trolly button and then proceed to checkout button that will appear once items are added to trolly.

8.Artwork Approval

Based on the artwork supplied our studio team will review your artwork to ensure it will produce a good quality print. A visual proof will be sent to you as a PDF allowing you a final check and the opportunity to make any last minute amends if necessary.

Standard artwork input and proofs are provided free of charge as part of our service and we will only go into production once you've signed off your visuals and are happy to proceed.

9.Production

Once your proof is signed off it will be passed on to our highly experienced production and logistics support team overseeing and ensuring that all orders are produced to the highest standard, branded to your spec and delivered on time and within budget.

We can usually give you and ETA once your proof visual is signed off and a POD can be supplied for any order as required.

Workwear & Clothing

We have a broad range of workwear and clothing to choose from that can be purchased plain or branded as required, if buying plain stock simply select your colour size and quantity and add to your basket and checkout. For branded clothing:
